Our Vision

We want a guild where people are helpful, friendly and funny, and take full advantage of playing together to achieve their individual goals and those of the guild.

 

Our Mission

We want to create a fun environment by attracting people to the guild with a sense of humor. We help each other in achieving our personal goals in the game. We welcome people who share our values. To do this, we have an active policy for new members. Our policy of ranking also seeks to encourage cooperation and a shared value system.

Recruitment

Can you answer yes to all the following questions?

– Are you interested in meeting a new friends and working together with them?

If Yes, Then join us and have fun.

 

Reminder: you will be rated on during your probation period

  1. Must be a friendly, mature player that participates with other players.
  2. Treat others with respect.
  3. Must be mature person.
  4. We are waiting that you contribute to our guild environment.
  5. A contribution is measured as interaction, participation, contribution to the guild, etc.
  6. You have read our policies, a ranking organization.
  7. You participate in guild activities (greed of dragonflight (DF), dungeon runs, guild daily, helping others etc.)

Note:If I have my main char(s) in another guild and this guild is my secondary guild, I Think to do my stronghold daily like I do them in my primary guild with attention.

Note:Points 4 and 7 are very appreciated by guild management. We are all casual players and “not profesional neverwinter geeks”. However we cannot keep players who have never participated in guild development as this will be unfair to those who do it every day. “…Failure is not an option… – Apollo XIII “

TERMINAISON

The following will result in immediate kicking from the guild during your probation period.

  • Hate speech based on race, sexual, gender, national origin and religion purpose, and harassment or vulgarity won’t be tolerated. Violations of such can lead to the immediat termination without waiting for the end of of your probation period.
  • This applies of course after this period also.

 

ABSENCE / INACTIVITY for more 15 days

  • If you are absent ingame for a moment (vacancies/holidays/exams/school/other…) please enter the information in Guild Roster – Member Comments; This prevent to kick you during your absence more than 15 days.
  • All members kicked for inactivity (more than 15 days of absence) can always ask to return to the guild on their request if we have always free slots.

 

RANKING

Rank 1: Private

Welcome to our world.

Responsibilities:

Live the values and principles of our guild and acts of helpfulness to other guild members and a friendly attitude. You are submitted to a probation period – usually one month. During a probation period you have no access to bank items.

Participating in Guild events and daily.

Privileges: Access to guild help and socializing.

 

Rank 2: Corporal

Welcome to the nobility.

Responsibilities:

Live the values and principles of our guild and acts of helpfulness to other guild members and a friendly attitude.

Participating in Guild events and daily.

Privileges: Access to guild help, bank and socializing

To obtain this rank you have to be at least for one month in the guild and be lvl70.

Note: If you need something from the guild bank, please ask our Bank Manager. Bank objects are for free for active members.

 

Rank 3: Sergeant

Welcome to the upper levels of the created nobility

Responsibilities:

Live the values and principles of our guild and acts of helpfulness to other guild members and a friendly attitude.

Participating in Guild events and daily.

The items listed below are some of the criteria that will be evaluated on application to see if you have shown any of these in practice.

Helping:

Be a sponsor to new recruits helping them through their onboarding.

Help people with builds, ad hoc dungeons or quest help.

Contribute to stronghold mimic on a daily basis

Privileges: Access to guild help, bank and socializing

Rank 4: Colonel

This is the highest non-guild leadership role in the guild.

People at this rank has shown their commitment and passion for making the guild a better place for all and are actively involved in all guild activities.

Ranking up:

A rank 4 is considered a potential officer and should be engaged in guild activities.

At this level, you have shown exceptional commitment to the guild or are performing services for the guild to benefit all.

Donors and benefactors may also progress to this level at the discretion of the guild leadership

This rank has no strict requirements.

Responsibilities:

Participating in Guild events and daily.

The items listed below are some of the criteria that will be evaluated on application to see if you have shown any of these in practice.

Contribute to stronghold mimic on a daily basis

This rank is used to confer a special status on its member as “special contributors”

This rank is at the total discretion of the Leader. There are no hard and fast criteria for this level.

Privileges: Access to guild help, bank and socializing

Rank 5: General

Rank 5s are secondary guild leadership roles. They work in a specific portfolio if defined.

Ranking up:

Rank 5 is someone who is considered trustworthy and sets an example in their part of the guild. 

Responsibilities:

Live the values and principles of our guild and acts of helpfulness to other guild members and a friendly attitude.

Participating in Guild events and daily.

Behaviors to exemplify Guild values:

– be a sponsor for new recruits helping them through their onboarding.

– help people with builds, ad hoc dungeons or quest help.

– contribute to stronghold mimic on a daily basis

– being friendly, helpful

– organising dungeon/skirmish/PvP/SH mimic runs

– recruiting new players

– keeping the guild chat clean*

– keeping the guild leaders informed about disputes/changes/important things that happened in their absence

Privileges: Access to guild help, bank and socializing

Rank 6: Champion

Responsibilities:

The execution of their duties and the policies they institute are at their sole discretion. All policies and changes thereof are put to the vote of the guild leadership (rank 6) and the Leader.

Behaviors to exemplify Guild values:

– being friendly, helpful

– organising dungeon/skirmish/PvP/SH mimic runs (big HE…)

– voting on important guild matters

– helping players with builds, quests and other questions they may have

– distributing items from the GB (Guild Bank) to lower ranked people on request

– keeping the guild bank clean from ”junk” items

– keeping the guild chat clean*

– organizing DragonFlight parties

– suggesting improvements

– informing about important changes in the game/guild

– recruiting new players

– kicking inactive players**

– keeping the guild leader informed about disputes/changes/important things that happened in his absence

Rank 6 are the leading section of the guild. They decide about and put to the vote important guild matters. They need to be active and highly engaged in guild activities.

 

Notes:

* If an Officer thinks the conversation is not appropriate for the chat they are authorised to ask it be moved to PM or party chat.

** A player is considered inactive if he has not been online for at least 15 days unless the player notified an officer about his absence or has mentioned it in his comment on the guild roster page. Kicked inactive players may request to rejoin the guild when they are active again.

 

Rank 7: Leader

The Guild Leader is the highest ranking authority in the guild.

Responsibilities:

May take on any of the responsibilities above when required

Primary responsibilities:

  • Provide a vision for the guild
  • Provide leadership and take decisive action on disputes.
  • Communicates strategic imperatives that affect the whole guild
  • Final Dispute authority. May appoint any guild member to be an arbitrator in disputes as he/she sees fit and then confirm the final ruling.
 

DEMOTIONS & KICKING PROCESS

Showing disrespect, disobeying the chain of command or not fulfilling their duties can lead to demotion or (in extreme cases) kicking from guild.

If a person conducts a minor breach of rules he will be warned by a rank 5 or higher to rethink his behaviour. Once a person receives three (3) warnings they will be removed from the guild and never allowed to rejoin.

Grievance procedure

If you are demoted you may appeal the decision by emailing the Leader.

This process is done by email.

Both the demoted party and the demoted send a single email to the Leader who will then decide on one of the following:

  1. Demotion was unwarranted and is turned back
  2. It needs more clarification and an independent arbitrator is appointed by the Leader to hear the case from both sides
    1. The Leader will then factor in the arbitrators recommendation. And make a ruling.
  3. The demotion was warranted and is upheld.
